Comprehensive Healthcare awarded $4 million CCBHC grant to expand behavioral health services in Yakima

Comprehensive Healthcare was recently awarded a $4 million, four-year grant from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) to expand Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) services in Yakima County. 

Comprehensive Healthcare plans to use the grant to increase access to primary health care, expedite substance use disorder (SUD) services to clients and homeless populations experiencing drug addiction, and implement staff training to serve marginalized people from diverse backgrounds.
