Comprehensive Healthcare has opened a new, more accessible avenue for people with a substance use disorder to begin the road to recovery.
Instead of making an appointment, anyone can walk into the clinic at 1520 Kelly Place in Walla Walla and be assessed that same day.
Comprehensive’s SUD division chief Jon Schlenske said that since all locations started accepting walk-ins for SUD treatment in mid-March, 204 new patients have used the same-day service.
